Shipping & Returns

We offer our customers a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return! 🖤 All orders are shipped from Hong Kong.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and unaltered in their original packaging. Any item that shows signs of wear will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.

 

1. For problematic returns such as defective ones, you can request a replacement or refund with picture proof.

2. For returns without problematic issues, we only offer store credit.

3. The item(s) is mailed back within 14 days of return authorization

 

**Final sale and Handmade items are not eligible for return or exchange. If received, they will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.


To start a return, you can contact us at customer@glamour-diary.com. All returns and exchanges must be processed by us before sending merchandise back. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on where to send your package. **Please note that we do not cover international shipping cost for return/exchange. You are responsible for your own return process and fees might incur during the process. Once we have received the returned item we will issue you a refund/ store credit.

We recommend you send back any returns using a signed postal service. Once we have received your return, it will be processed as quickly as possible. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. We reserve the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements.

**Please also note that if the customer decides to ship the item back, we do not cover international shipping cost for return/exchange, you are responsible for your own return process and fees might incur during the process.

For international orders, a valid phone number and email address is required. Failure to provide this information may result in a delay or non-delivery of your order. Please ensure that you provide this information accurately during the checkout process to avoid any issues.

We are not responsible for customs fees or import taxes. If a package is refused for any reason, the customer is responsible for reaching out to us and attempting to have it delivered again. We will not refund a customer if their order is refused.

If billing and shipping addresses are provided in a language other than English, your order will be subject to a delay or cancellation.

 

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, certain types of items cannot be returned.

  • Handmade items without problematic issues
  • Earrings WILL NOT be refunded due to hygiene reasons.
  • Items marked in the SALE are non-refundable.

All gift cards, handmade items, mystery items, and sale items are final sale.
